Sometimes it only looks like a hot mess
This season I am collecting the seeds from my hydroponic lettuce for the first time. So "bolt baby bolt". I read on a gardening site that you can store seeds for 7 years if kept in the dark and cool. My big plan is a paper bag. I'm fancy like that. 😅 Do you garden? Ever saved your own seeds? How did that go?

Carrot Dogs
Getting in some more fermented foods like sauerkraut. Boiled carrots in liquid smoke and Braggs aminos. A little vegan junk... chips.... and an apple. Yum!
