Drink non flavored zero calorie bubbly water. Suprisingly gives a little full feel. I often drink mine from a ridulously large wine glass. #whynot 🤣
Review... Did you eat fat (avocado, bean/rice, hummus) yesterday or today? I find it zero fat... Grazing crave kicks in.
Go to the bathroom and look at your belly (whatever) in the mirror. Shot of reality is good for the resolve.
